The new goal for 2009

Well 2009 has officially started and I have decided to start updating the blog to keep up with family and friends.

Things here in KS have been pretty hectic. We got a new puppy for Christmas. His name is Atticus and is a Boxer puppy! We went to Reno, NV to see Jared's Mom, Step-Dad, and Grandma for Christmas. It was really nice to see them. The boys had a good time. Austin always has so much fun with Grandpa Greg.

Will is a junior this year and we are starting all the College scholarship apps. I am so not ready for that! He is also wrestling varsity again this year and doing AWESOME!! He has had 2 meets and took 1st in one and 4th in the other. We are really proud of him!

Austin is just the same Austin. Not able to do any sports since he has bloody noses so bad, He wanted to wrestle, but it would be to much of a problem with his nose!

Jared is working his new job at the USDB with me and is loving it. He starts back to school on January 6th. He is ready for that and can not wait to be done.

As for me, I am taking a college course for work in FOIA. It is the second job I was doing for work and I am the backup when we dont have anyone, which seems like it has happened alot lately. We finally have someone hired, hopefully that will last. But I do get to go to Vegas in March for training. Can not wait!

He is in DC

Well it is official. Jared has landed in DC and he is starting his journey for his new job. It was so hard to see him go. In the last year we have had a few rough spot in life, but in the last 2-3 months it has been ALOT better. To see him walk through taht security gate, knowing that I will not see him for a while hurts!! To not have his kisses, or feel hi arms around me. It ill be so hard. Hope the boys are ready for a grouchy Mama!!

Long time no post

Well it has been a long time since I posted last. Alot has happened in the last year. I got married in October. It was a beautiful day and I could not have been happier!

Jared is almost out of the Army. Less than 2 months left, as long as they approve his Terminal Leave. He has a couple different chances for jobs, so we will see how that turns out. He still gets Military pay until the end of November.

William is driving me CRAZY! He is at the age that he will not listen unless it is convenient for him! He has a girlfriend now and is only thinking with his appendage! HAHA!

Austin is going through his rough stage also. He starts the JR High this year. So I talked to the DR and they changed his ADHD Meds, I am going nuts right now since it takes at least 2 weeks to kick in and we still have another week to go!

After 2 years, I got back in contact with one of my BEST FRIENDS, Mandy. I missed her so much and wish we would not have ever lost touch. But I guess now, all we can do is go forward from here, and build our relationship again. She means so much to me and I do not think she knows that. SO if you are reading this Mandy, You do mean alot to me and I am glad that I met you!

Workis driving me crazy. I am dong 2 different jobs and I am STRESSED out. By the time I get home at m=night I jsut want to crash.
